LAVAYSSIERE is carrying out a great project for a major automotive player in the United States.
We're delighted to share in the success of a significant project designed for one of our major French customers.
LAVAYSSIERE's teams have completed the manufacture of a large-scale custom casing, precisely 3.80 meters high, 6 meters wide and 6.80 meters deep. This structure is designed to protect and equip a robotized machine tool, playing an essential role in optimizing the end customer's manufacturing processes.
The project presented a number of challenges and constraints, which we were able to meet thanks to our technical expertise. We designed and delivered an enclosure that met the most stringent standards in terms of quality, safety and functionality. Our design office teams worked with our customer on the project, then our workshop teams carried out the laser cutting, bending, welding, painting and blank assembly to check the casing's conformity before delivery.
A special feature of this project was its shipment to the USA, where the enclosure was partially disassembled before being flown to the customer's production site.
